Some rides leave a lasting impression.

Not just because of the distance covered or the roads taken, but because of what they reveal about the community that builds up over the miles.

On May 24th, around thirty cyclists gathered for the MCC Endurance Ride, a 120-kilometre ride starting from the Vincennes Polygon, heading towards Crécy-la-Chapelle. A ride designed around endurance, sharing, and the common desire to experience cycling differently.

From the very first kilometers, the tone is set.

The group quickly finds its rhythm, with everyone taking their place within the peloton. Conversations multiply, relays are organized naturally, and a collective energy sets in.

Along the roads of Seine-et-Marne, the city gradually gives way to more open landscapes. The pace remains steady, accessible, and true to the spirit of the MCC: riding together above all else.

Beyond the effort, it's above all the atmosphere that leaves an impression. A relaxed ambiance, continuous discussions, and the simple pleasure of sharing several hours on the bike.

As they approached Crécy-la-Chapelle, an important stop awaited the group. For the first time, MILES had conceived and organized a genuine refreshment point dedicated to the participants.

Located near the route, this refreshment stop was designed as a moment for a break but also as a place for meeting. A space where cyclists could recharge, chat, and fully enjoy the outing.

This moment quickly surpassed its simple logistical function. Conversations lengthened, smiles multiplied, and the richness of these gatherings—community—was fully felt.

Cycling remains the starting point.

But this type of outing shows that the MCC is becoming much more than just a group of cyclists.

Each event creates new connections, strengthens existing bonds, and gradually builds a common culture around the road.

A culture of mutual aid, respect, passion, and shared moments.

The organization of this supply point would not have been possible without the support and welcome of the City of Crécy-la-Chapelle.

We warmly thank the municipality for their trust and for allowing us to set up this supply point in the heart of this day.

This MCC Endurance Ride will remain one of the highlights of this first season.

Thirty cyclists at the start, a refreshment stop organized by MILES, hundreds of kilometers shared, and a collective energy that continues to grow ride after ride.
