Our garments are made from high-performance technical fabrics. Proper care ensures their durability, comfort, and performance over time.
Washing:
- Machine wash at 30°C maximum
- Delicate / synthetic program
- Wash inside out
- Wash with similar colours
- Use mild detergent, free of harsh agents
Absolutely to avoid
- Bleach
- Fabric softener (damages elasticity and breathability)
- Dry cleaning
- Intensive spin drying
Drying
- Air dry, flat or on a hanger
- Avoid any direct heat source (radiator, strong sun)
Ironing
- Do not iron
- Technical fabrics do not need it and could be damaged.
MILES Expert Tips
- Rinse the garment quickly after an intense or very hot ride
- Do not leave the wet garment in a closed bag
- Close zippers before washing to preserve seams and fibres
- Avoid rubbing against velcro or abrasive surfaces

If you are between two sizes, choose the smaller size for a more fitted cut,
or the larger size for more comfort.
If your chest and waist measurements correspond to two different sizes,
